• Renamed International_2 to International_EU
• Renamed Europe_2 to GMs_Playhouse.

So what is happening is we want to be a little clearer about WHERE each server is located. So (as you can see in Jericho's updated post) the servers will now clearly state what region the physical server is located. We hope this will improve connectivity for those playing. Also it will allow you to test the two servers and see which is better (some players playing in London for example might get a better connection to the NA server due to traffic).

"For some odd reason people jumped onto the International 2 server (now International_EU). That server is smaller than the International 1 server (now International_NA). Our original intention was that when International_NA was overloaded people could head to International_EU. We see people just like new servers , so we have decided to make sure people are aware of where the server they are connecting to is as best as possible.

The 999 ping issue isn't on the server, it is because of the distance you are experiencing with other players AND the server. It isn't really something we can "fix" other than to say, you can't play with people from outside your region which isn't something I think most players want. "

We are aware of the current Pay Safe website timed out issue. If you are getting timed out issues anywhere on the Pay Safe Card website, simply wait a few minutes and try again. If you get timed out issues during a transaction, simply wait a few minutes and try your transaction again. You will not get over charged.
